Christmas 2023 opening hours

The Chiron team are taking a well-deserved break over the Christmas and New Year period and will be operating with a reduced service during this time.

We would like to inform you of our upcoming holiday closures, shipping availability and license application information. 

CLOSED

Our Norwegian and UK offices will be closed:
25th - 26th December 2023, and 1st January 2024. 

We will operate with a reduced service:
22nd, 27th - 29th December 2023. 

SHIPPING

There will be limited shipments over the Christmas period.

The last shipping day before Christmas will be Thursday 21st December 2023 .  

Please plan for these shipping changes and ensure that someone is available to receive your packages. Orders will be dispatched as normal from Tuesday 2nd January.

LICENSE APPLICATIONS

The Norwegian Medicines Agency has stated that applications submitted before 13th December 2023 will be approved and received before the New Year.

Please allow extra time for import/export of controlled substances.
