We are making a change to our ordering process
From January 2024, we are transitioning to a new mailbox which will process all Chiron orders and enable us to streamline our pre-sales and post-sales process.
Moving forward, we kindly ask that you send all purchase orders to orders@chiron.no.
Please note the following:
- This change will only pertain to the sending of orders and related communications (including lead time of existing orders and post-sales information).
- For usual pre-sales enquiries (including requests of offers, stock enquiries, general questions etc.) you should still communicate with your dedicated account manager.
