Chiron has been acquired by Antylia Scientific

Over the last forty years, Chiron AS has developed a strong reputation for its expertise in providing sophisticated reference materials to scientists who perform toxicological, environmental, food safety, and petroleum analysis.

As a next logical step in the strategic evolution of our company, we are pleased to announce that Chiron AS has been acquired by Antylia Scientific!

Over the next months we will begin integrating Chiron AS into the global Antylia Scientific organization.

Chiron will be positioned within Antylia's Diagnostics Division alongside established reference material brands; ZeptoMetrix, Spex^® CertiPrep, HPS, and NSI.

We are excited to soon be able to offer our customers consolidated access to a more comprehensive portfolio.
