Meet our latest sales recruit!

Casey Ford, Sales Consultant

Casey is a 2011 graduate of Northern Michigan University in the United States of America. She majored in General Biology, obtained a Chemistry minor, excelled in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, and one of her scientific papers has been accepted in the NMU Journal of Zambian Field Studies. Her degree has aided her career by providing a wide range of professional opportunities.

Casey started out working seasonally as a Fisheries Technician for the US Fish and Wildlife Service and the US Forest Service. More recently, she shifted towards the botanical sciences and has worked as an invasive plant specialist for Huron Pines AmeriCorps (hosted by the UP RC&D) and a botanical field technician for Cardno Inc.

In her spare time, she loves to play the cello, garden, travel, write, and go on hikes with her dog. She also enjoys volunteering in her local community. She has volunteered at nature centres, hospitals, art museums, and teaching English overseas.

In December 2018, Casey moved to the U.K. to join her husband and is now continuing her love of science with Chiron.

Welcome to the team Casey!
